  • Facebook is improving the communication system between the businesses and the customers by introducing two ways on messaging and groups.

Finally, The Instagram Direct Message Is In Facebook Messenger.

Facebook is working hard on the businesses side and trying to businesses channel easier to control in terms of responding & receiving messages for customers. 

Basically, the development team in Facebook have integrated Instagram direct messages with the Facebook page inbox. That will help the community managers, social media executives who are controlling this process. So, DMs Instagram can be read and responded via Facebook. 

In the last report revealed from Facebook, More than 10 billion of the messages are sent between customers and companies each month on Facebook Messenger. 

The benefit of having this feature is that the businesses will have the ability to respond fast and they will never miss any message from a customer because will raise a flag in that case.
